Premium Family Residence

The client approached us with a clear brief: transform a dated 4 BHK apartment in Yojna Vihar into a warm, functional family home that felt luxurious without being ostentatious. The existing layout was retained; our work focused entirely on material, finish, and spatial character.

We anchored the living spaces in a palette of warm walnut veneer, textured stone-effect wall panels, and hand-brushed brass hardware. Custom joinery — a floor-to-ceiling TV unit, a built-in dining cabinet, and a bespoke wardrobe system across all bedrooms — was designed and fabricated in-house.

Lighting was layered carefully: recessed ambient sources, pendant feature lights above the dining area, and concealed cove lighting in the master bedroom to allow the space to shift mood from bright and practical to warm and restful.
